Fellow Veterans, we now accept Tricare West!
Never walk alone....
2004 seems so long ago. My husband Matt and I had just returned from fourteen months in Iraq. The future was uncertain, we had seen terrible and amazing things, and knew that many soldiers had suffered far worse than we had. As part of the 822nd Military Police company we had taken part in operations OIF/OEF and had been lucky, returning home with our unit safe and intact. Not everyone we know was as fortunate. As a disabled veteran I feel a special kinship with the other veterans I have met over the years. Many of them, like me, have gone into medical service and found a special calling taking care of and serving their fellow man. Others, like Matt, have become first responders, and do their best to protect their communities. All of us though live by the same values and share the same experiences. You are important, and are not forgotten. Regardless of whether you have ever been a patient of mine, if you need help, or are in a dark place, please call us or use one of the links for the organizations below. You are not alone.
